During this appointment, your doctor will assess your condition and determine if you require supplemental oxygen. If so, they will write a prescription, often referred to as an "oxygen script."
Step 2: Respocare Receives Your Prescription
Once your oxygen script is written, it will be sent to Respocare. This can happen in several ways:
Online Submission: Some specialists prefer to send prescriptions directly to us online.
Through Respocare's Platform: Our integrated system allows specialists to submit oxygen therapy prescriptions securely and efficiently.
Physical script scanned and sent: If your specialist prefers, they can also provide a physical copy, where the can scan the script and email it to sales@respocare.co.za
Step 3: Personalized Follow-Up
After receiving your prescription, our dedicated Respocare team will reach out to both you and your specialist to ensure that all details are clear. We’ll discuss your specific needs, your current location, and the best setup for your home oxygen therapy.
Step 4: Setting Up Your Home Oxygen Therapy
Based on your prescription, we will determine which stationary oxygen concentrator is right for you. These devices are essential for patients needing continuous oxygen, delivering a steady flow of oxygen with a purity level of 97% or higher.
